Uploaded audio, reference images, prompts, generated scene assets, and final exports are processed and stored as part of your project workspace so FilmGen can deliver the service you requested.

Because FilmGen is an AI production workflow, project assets may move through multiple processing stages, including analysis, alignment, image generation, video generation, review, media delivery, and export. We retain the data needed to support those stages and preserve your project history unless and until it is deleted under applicable retention or account-management processes.

FilmGen relies on third-party cloud, storage, authentication, and model providers to operate the service. These providers may process data on our behalf as needed to host the application, store project assets, provide authentication, generate outputs, or support platform operations.

We work to limit provider access to what is operationally necessary for the requested service and product functionality.

We retain account data, project data, and generated outputs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain workspace continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention may vary depending on the type of content, account status, product operations, and security or compliance needs.

FilmGen uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect account and project data. No platform can guarantee absolute security, and you should use appropriate care when deciding what content to upload.

Access to project resources is intended to be limited to authenticated and authorized users of the relevant workspace, subject to the product's access-control and media-delivery mechanisms.

You may update certain account information through the product, and you may choose what content you upload or generate through FilmGen.
