FilmGen uses a credit-based billing system. Subscribe to a plan to get monthly credits, and purchase top-up packs when you need more.

$0/month
Free
Default plan for all new accounts. Provides platform access after admin approval but includes 0 generation credits. You must subscribe to a paid plan or purchase a top-up pack to generate videos.
$49/month
Creator
100 credits per month. Ideal for individual creators, musicians, and small teams producing a few videos per month. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.
$149/month
Studio
400 credits per month. Designed for studios, agencies, and production teams with higher volume needs. Best per-credit value for subscribers.
Credit Top-Ups
$59 one-time
Top-Up Pack
Purchase 100 additional credits at any time. Top-up credits are added to your existing balance immediately and do not expire at the end of a billing period. Available to any subscribed user.
How Credits Work
- Treatment generation consumes credits when the AI plans your video.
- Scene generationconsumes credits for each scene's image and video generation.
- Scene regeneration consumes additional credits per-scene when retrying or regenerating.
- Analysis and assembly do not consume credits — only the AI generation stages do.
- Credit checks happen before generation begins. If you don't have enough credits, the operation is blocked with a clear error message.
Billing Period
Credits are allocated at the start of each monthly billing period and tracked against a billing window. The billing summary shows:

Managing Your Subscription
From the Account page, you can:
- View your current plan and credit balance
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
- Purchase credit top-up packs
- Access the Stripe Customer Portal to manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription details
